I'm Alexis, an independent marketing consultant based in Pennsylvania and the one-woman team behind EJ Virtual Solutions Co. Since 2018, I have partnered with local businesses and non-profits on the practical, day-to-day work of showing up well online and in print. My clients are small businesses and mission-driven organizations that want consistent, human marketing without the overhead of a full agency. While I am rooted here in Pennsylvania, I work with clients near and far.
I specialize in the kind of marketing that keeps a community connected: social media management, website updates, SEO, Meta and Facebook ads, grant writing, event promotion, flyers and banners, and straightforward public relations. About the Studio
One consultant. Six years of steady, collaborative work.
Since 2018, I've worked one-on-one with clients to understand their vision and carry it out closely, communicatively, and without an agency in the middle. That means fewer clients at a time and real ownership of the work, from a single flyer to a full-year communications plan.
Alongside consulting, I serve as a Councilwoman in my borough and am a proud military wife. My role on Borough Council gives me the opportunity to assist with borough outreach, marketing, and communications on an ongoing basis, which keeps me sharp in clear, timely public communication. Because my husband serves in the Marine Corps Reserves, I am able to stay right where I am, rooted in this community I love. Both experiences shape how I approach community engagement and steady support for every client.

Stop staring at a blank Canva page. In one live, one-on-one hour, I will walk you through the basics that actually matter: how to choose and customize templates, set up your brand colors and fonts, and build social posts, flyers, and banners you can reuse again and again. You will leave the session with a finished design in hand and the confidence to make the next one on your own. No design background needed.
